WELCOME

 This is an integration process at ALIMA to allow each new arrival at headquarters and in the field:

  • To learn about and take ownership of the essential aspects of ALIMA, its history, its values, its actions and its functioning, to feel welcomed, to become attached to colleagues and to quickly build a collective sense of belonging to ALIMA ;

  • To understand their individual professional objectives, their rights, obligations and their place in the organization and in their team;

  • To start a process of continuous learning and sharing of experience, to deepen throughout his career at ALIMA;

  • Assess their understanding of the organization and mission of ALIMA.
How is Onboarding presented?
